Resources

We have put together a handy list of suppliers you may wish to use to set yourself up for a letterboxing adventure.

Stationery

Shop for notebooks and pens at:

or your local independent stationery supplier.

Stamps

If you are a keen letterbox hunter and want to have your own stamp made, Get Stamped is our to-go-to stamp creator.

Box

Either use an old takeaway container to keep your letterboxing ‘toolkit’ safe or get a food-storing container from a local supermarket. Make sure your notebook and pen fit into your container.

OS Maps

Although not a requirement, a map is useful to explore Shropshire.

For Wenlock Edge & Caer Caradoc letterbox locations, you need The Long Mynd & Wenlock Edge, OS 217 map.

The Shrewsbury, OS 241 map is handy when you’re out and about hunting for the Haughmond Hill letterbox.

The Telford, Ironbridge & The Wrekin, OS 242 map helps to navigate around The Wrekin.

If you need a compass, Silva is a good brand to invest in.
